Hello Doritos!
We’ll be taking a look around the Summer Party on NewCP! Let’s see what this party has to offer!
[Reminder: This is a developing party and blog post. More guides/secrets will be added here as the party progresses! This will be a very long read too.]
Step by Step Guide:
When you first log in, get greeted by Rookie! [This could be a sign that he may be visiting the island on NewCP during the party. Join the Doritos discord server for locations of mascots, fast and accurate!]
Quests:
To access quests, click on the Beach Volleyball icon on the top right! [Beside the moderator badge.]
Ice Cream Hunt [Aug 1st]:
For this quest, you need to search for 4 Ice Cream Cups! Here are the locations for them!
Here’s one at the Docks!
I spy one at the Town!
Take a look in the Snow Forts!
There’s some ice cream hiding in the Forest!
Let’s head on over to the Cove and claim our reward!
Waddle over to the Sushi Shack to talk to Rookie!
Claim your reward for helping out Rookie!
An Orange Lei will be added to your inventory! [This is a custom item, be sure to get it!]
Splash Splash! [Aug 2nd]:
For this quest, you’ll need to use a Floatie Item and swim in any outside room on the island that has water!
You’ll be greeted by Rookie for this task!
Get the Inflatable Duck for free, from the Classic section of the Penguin Style Catalog. It’s in the Clothes Shop, Town!
Then waddle your way over to the Beach, Pond, and Cove to swim in the water provided.
Then make your way over to the Cove, to speak with Rookie!
Collect the Pineapple Pin!
Sand Castle Builder [Aug 3]:
For this quest, you’ll need to build Sandcastles in different party rooms that have sand!
Rookie is always there to give advice!
Waddle your way over to the Beach, Docks, Town, Snow Forts and Forest and click on the X painted on the sand to build a sandcastle! You’ll need to click it a few times to fully form the castle.
Rookie will give you a compliment for your hard work!
Get the Giant Red Glasses as a reward!
Seriously, those glasses are way too big!
Games on Waves! [Aug 4th]:
For this quest, you’ll need to play 3 games of Catchin’ Waves and get a score greater than 300!
You’ll get challenged by Rookie for this quest!
Head on over to the Cove and click on the Yellow Surfboard to play. [Before you play, it’s recommended to get the Silver Surfboard for better performance. Click on the Blue Flyer in the bottom right and click on the word “Wave” at the top to buy it. If you need coins, check out this guide that gives coins. ]
After you complete the 3 games, you’ll be greeted by Rookie for beating him!
Collect the Green Tropical Cup!
Sure looks refreshing!
The Lifesaver [Aug 5]:
For this quest, you’ll need to help the four scared puffles escape from the water at the Beach and the Cove.
You’ll be greeted by Rookie for this task!
Head on over to the Cove and Beach to click on the puffles stranded in the water.
Rookie will thank you for your hard work!
Get the Green Glasses as a reward!
These glasses are a bit small for my eyes!
Summer Bash [Aug 6th]:
Open the quests by clicking on the Beach Volleyball icon in the top right.
Get the Lemonade for free!
Feels refreshing!

Coral Crown:
Head on over to the Plaza to find a special item!
Waddle over to the crate of Coral Crowns!
Buy the item for 300 coins!
Beach Background:
Open the Summer Party quests and claim the Beach Background for free!
Sure looks cool!
Blue Giant Glasses:
Open the Summer Party quests by clicking the Beach Volleyball icon.
Collect the Blue Giant Glasses for free!
Those glasses may be a little large for your eyes!
Sunset Background:
Open the quests by clicking on the Beach Volleyball icon in the top right.
Collect the Sunset Background for free!

Pink Inflatable Duck:
Open the quests by clicking on the Beach Volleyball icon in the top right.
Collect the Pink Inflatable Duck for free!
Looks great for swimming! [This is a custom item, be sure to grab it!]
Pink Glasses:
Open the quests by clicking on the Beach Volleyball icon in the top right.
Get the Pink Glasses for free!

Purple Flippers:
Open the quests by clicking on the Beach Volleyball icon in the top right.
Collect the Purple Flippers for free!
