DCP Uniform:

The picture above is the NCP makeup uniform. The official DCP uniform is not available as of right now, but these items will work.

Step by Step Guide:

Head on over to the Town and enter the Clothes Shop on the far right of the Town

Enter the Clothes Shop and Click on the Penguin Style Catalog located in the bottom right

Buy the color Orange for 20 coins
[Located on Page 1 of Penguin Style Catalog]

Buy the Red Beanie/Sailor’s Cap for 0 coins
[Located on Page 32 of Penguin Style Catalog]

Buy the Red Cape and Poncho for 850 coins
[Located on Page 35 and 36 of Penguin Style Catalog]

Head on over to the Beach and enter the Lighthouse

Click on the Music Catalog on the bottom right

Buy the Red Guitar for 350 coins
[Located on Page 1 of the Music Catalog]

Make your way over to the Plaza and enter the Puffle Berry Mall

Click on the Costume trunk or the Costume catalog on the bottom right or top right

Buy the Red Sunglasses for 150 coins
[Located on Page 42 of Costume Trunk Catalog]

That’s all the items you need!

Just a reminder: You don’t have to exactly have these items. You can equip different items that are similar to these items (e.g substituting the beanie with a hair item, using a gold robe then a red cape, etc.)

Be sure to mainly be orange and use items that works for you.
